The Company and its subsidiaries have a policy to offer a dividend payout ratio at not below 40% of the after tax and after provision net profit, based on the separated financial statement. The Company’s directors have authorities to consider the dividend payment, except for the case that the Company decides not to follow such dividend policy or occasionally change the policy. The dividend policy can be changed, provided that the change will bring maximum benefits to the shareholders of the Company and subsidiaries.
